Siemens Opcenter Developer

About the role

The Siemens Opcenter Developer will design, configure, and deploy MES solutions—primarily Siemens Opcenter (XFP) and Rockwell PharmaSuite—to support compliant manufacturing operations. The developer collaborates closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, IT, and validation teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical MES designs.

Responsibilities

• Configure master data, system parameters, and process instructions aligned with GMP-regulated manufacturing workflows.
• Develop and test integrations between MES and enterprise systems such as JDE, LabWare, OSI PI, and plant automation platforms like DeltaV.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISPE, and GAMP 5 standards throughout configuration, development, testing, and troubleshooting activities.

Skills

• Experience with MES solutions, particularly Siemens Opcenter and Rockwell PharmaSuite.

• Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to MES development.

Pay

Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 100.00 - 125.00
