Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and implement Siebel CRM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Perform Siebel application configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI customization, and integration with external systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Siebel configurations and customizations.
  • Manage and administer Siebel environments, including installation, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other IT team members to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving issues related to Siebel applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Stay updated with Siebel CRM updates, patches, and new features, and recommend best practices for implementation.

Requirements

  • Siebel certification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Siebel Developer/Administrator, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, configuration tools (Siebel Tools), and web services integration.
  • Proficiency in Siebel eScript, Siebel Workflow, Siebel Configuration, and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) components.
  • Hands-on experience with Java/Oracle is required.
  • Experience with Siebel Open UI and responsive design concepts is desirable.
  • Ability to perform Siebel environment installations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
