Remote Siebel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Understanding business requirements to develop detailed functional and technical designs.
• Creating innovative functionalities for CRM systems based on Oracle enterprise products and other advanced IT technologies.
• Testing and deploying new features into production seamlessly.
• Providing second and third-level support for high-performance production systems.
• Taking full ownership of tasks from concept to delivery, collaborating with business and IT teams for timely completion.
• Occasionally working with external consultants and contractors to meet project goals.
