Experience Required
7+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM Technical System Administration (Windows and Unix environments).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM systems across Windows and Unix platforms.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization of Siebel CRM applications.
- Collaborate with BI teams on Informatica integration for Siebel data workflows.
- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within Siebel CRM.
- Execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Siebel CRM infrastructure.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripts (Shell, Perl, PowerShell) for system efficiency.
- Work closely with developers and business teams to support CRM enhancements.
- Maintain system documentation, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Siebel CRM Administration (Installation, Configuration, Maintenance)
- Windows & Unix/Linux Server Management
- Informatica ETL Integration (for BI/data workflows)
- Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Scripting (Shell, Perl, PowerShell)
- Database Knowledge (Oracle, SQL)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Siebel Open UI, Workflows, and Business Services.
- Knowledge of cloud-based CRM migration (Siebel to Oracle CX, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Change Management).
