About the role
As a Shuttle Program Manager, you will oversee the transportation of passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner. You will also play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
- Arrive at each pick-up location in a timely manner.
- Safely and responsibly operate shuttle vehicles following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and daily activities.
- Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo at all times.
- Maintain a safe and clean shuttle by performing daily inspections and cleaning as needed.
- Aid passengers with luggage, boarding, and exiting the shuttle.
- Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while driving.
- Keep track of daily routes and schedules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years’ experience driving a commercial vehicle.
- Clean driving record and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
- Up-to-date medical certification.
Qualifications

Pay
Compensation Range: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour
Schedule
