About the role
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of up to 9 guests using a passenger van or commercial vehicle, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires prompt response to customer needs, professional communication, and a strong focus on safety and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The Shuttle Driver works collaboratively with team members, the Operations Manager, and Shift Supervisors to ensure service excellence and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
- Provide clear directions and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
- Proactively identify and assist guests in need of transportation services.
- Safely transport passengers along designated routes with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Operate shuttle vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns immediately.
- Record number of passengers and complete daily/shift reporting as required.
- Report all accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly to management.
- Accurately track and record passenger counts and complete required daily/shift reports.
- Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and team members at all times.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver License.
- Prior commercial or shuttle driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record in accordance with company standards.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security.

- Frequent entering and exiting of vehicle.
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility and luggage.
Working Conditions
- Work performed both indoors and outdoors depending on location.

- Fast-paced, customer-facing environment requiring attention to safety and service.
Pay
$10.50 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday – Sunday, 5:00 PM – Last Arriving Flight.
