Local Shuttle Driver

About the role

Your Key Accountabilities include:

• Inspecting equipment
• Properly placarding equipment
• Maintaining shipping paperwork and delivery documentation
• Weighing and ensuring proper cleaning of tankers and trucks
• Verifying trailers and tankers are properly secured for loading and unloading
• Moving tankers and truckloads of material safely over the road in compliance with applicable regulations and requirements
• Communicating with production and shipping on scheduling
• Assisting with warehouse material moves as needed
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
• Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
• Valid DOT medical certificate
• At least 2 years' commercial driving experience
• Acknowledgable driving history
• Any additional qualifications required by the DOT
• Forklift experience (preferred)

Schedule

• Standard work hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
