Shuttle Driver / Hotel Maintenance Person

About the role

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Baraboo, WI, is now hiring for a part-time Shuttle Driver to assist with guest transportation around the area. Ideal candidates will have previous company driving experience, weekend availability, familiarity with the surrounding area, and enjoy engaging with others.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests in the company shuttle to local areas and events.
• Aid guests with luggage or other items, provide directions, and offer recommendations on dining, attractions, and more.
• Maintain the appearance of the shuttle, both externally and internally.
• May be assigned to assist with other duties related to the shuttle or hotel operations, including light maintenance tasks.
• Assist with plumbing issues, reprogram door locks, change light bulbs, troubleshoot TV and room HVAC units, deliver extra linens, test pool chemicals, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A valid Driver's License.
• Background check and driving record meeting company standards and insurance company approval.

Qualifications

• Previous company driving experience.
• Weekend availability.
• Familiarity with the surrounding area.
• Loves engaging with others.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
