Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid passengers in loading and unloading their coolers and bags.
- Maintain decent conversation with customers and assist them with all questions.
- Ensure the shuttle is kept clean and tidy prior to each run.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and corporate goals.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with teammates and guests.
- Must have a flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to fifteen (15) pounds.
- Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency.
- Must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, heat) for extended periods of time.
