About the role

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The role involves driving a multi-passenger van and adhering to the company's core values.

Responsibilities

• Talk with guests in a personable and comfortable manner.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Drive in all kinds of weather conditions.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commercial shuttle experience preferred but not required.
• Effective communication in English, both verbally and written form.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
• The ability to sit for long periods of time.
• The ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screen.
• The ability to work any schedule or shift.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
