Shuttle Driver

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Regular/Onsite attendance required
• Responsible for the shuttle routes from community to required locations daily
• Responsible for creating and upkeep of daily shuttle schedule
• Responsible for communicating general maintenance, cleaning, etc. items to the Community Manager
• Responsible for daily logs as required by Community Manager
• Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
• Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager
• Customer & Resident Relations
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness
• Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
• Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters
• Enforce policies of the community that the immediate supervisor delegates

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
• Frequently required to communicate with others to exchange information
• Frequently required to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another
• Sometimes required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and the like
• Sometimes required to move self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces, work in an overhead position and reach, adjust or move objects of up to 25 lbs. in all directions
• Sometimes required to lift and place objects up to 25 lbs.
• Sometimes required to operate machinery or power tools
• Sometimes required to operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts
• Sometimes required to identify and inspect objects
• Sometimes required to be able to work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies)
• Sometimes required to work in small and/or enclosed spaces
• Sometimes required to traverse flat and non-flat terrain
• Sometimes required to work in extremely low or high temperatures
• Sometimes required to work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind
• Sometimes required to be exposed to hazardous chemicals

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Salary Range

$14 per hour to $15 per hour
