About the role

As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of guests at Big Sky Resort. Your primary focus will be on maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
