Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and/or from the hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices.
• Assist guests with luggage including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during guest arrival and departure.
• Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs.
• Shuttle guests to approved places; learn and remember pick‑up and destination points; know property outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, main attractions, parking rates, etc. (≈40% of time)
• Communicate by telephone, two‑way radio and in person courteously, friendly and professional; acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds; use guest last name when appropriate; maintain accuracy and composure under pressure; use appropriate salutation and welcome to property. (≈20% of time)
• Operate vehicle seating 16+; inspect exterior and interior each shift; monitor vehicle condition and record malfunctions; submit to manager. (≈20% of time)
• Protect guest confidentiality per HIPAA; maintain security of client
