Shred Utility (Fairview)

Responsibilities

• Assists operators in Setup and on the H&C equipment.
• Gathers and accounts for Scrap, Fines, Salvage, Rework and Trash.
• Affixes to all line partners as necessary to meet customer requirements and operational needs.
• Tests & inspects products at various stages of production process & compiles & evaluates statistical data to determine & maintain quality & reliability of products.
• Works with and assists other operators to maximize production efficiencies.
• Works with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety.
• Executes standard operating procedures and visual work instruction relative to position.
• Performs all PCP and CCP checks required for position.
• Follows reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages by contacting TA/TL.

Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shift (Gray Nights).

Pay

• Starting pay is $25.14/hr.
• Internal candidates: Pay Scale ($25.14 - $29.71), with pay progression determined by time in position.
