Autocaser (Shred) (Fairview)

About the role

Operates equipment and inspects packaged shred cheese product within the shred department during case packaging operations. Tests & inspects products at various stages of production process & compiles & evaluates statistical data to determine & maintain quality & reliability of products. The operator is expected to work with and assist other operators to maximize production efficiencies. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute standard operating procedures and visual work instruction relative to position
• Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position
• Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages by contacting TA/TL

Schedule

Red Nights (Rotating 12-hour shift; 6:00pm - 6:00am)

Pay

Internal Candidates: Pay Scale ($23.75 - $28.31) *pay progression determined by time in position
External Candidates: Starting pay is $23.75/hr
