Showroom Sales Supervisor (full-time)

About the role

Tonal is seeking a Showroom Sales Supervisor for its Bellevue Square location. In this position you will lead the sales floor, work closely with Sales Specialists, and deliver an exceptional client experience while driving showroom sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Tonal’s product, technology, and brand image.
• Lead Tonal demonstrations, calibrations, and workouts with scheduled and walk‑in clients.
• Engage clients to understand their specific fitness goals and educate them on how Tonal supports their journey.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain client information, preferences, and feedback using Tonal’s sales systems (Salesforce).
• Conduct phone and/or email outreach to new clients for updates and follow‑ups.
• Keep the sales floor organized and clean with attention to detail.
• Provide direction and guidance to Sales Specialists to ensure efficient floor operations, client service, and coverage.
• Train Sales Specialists on product knowledge, checkout process, client nurture cycle, and overall in‑store experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Foster a strong sales environment and exceptional client service through teamwork, informal coaching, and leading by example.
• Unpack inventory boxes (5–30 lb) as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in retail, fitness, service, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to deliver great client experiences that build loyalty and drive measurable sales results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; approachable, good listener, enthusiastic brand representative.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and strategies; strong problem‑solving skills.
• Organized and accountable, following through on next steps.
• Availability to work a standard retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 18.

Physical Requirements

• Bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Walking, standing, and performing routine tasks for extended periods.
• Looking at a computer screen for extended periods.
• Use of hands and/or arms while performing client demos.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fitness industry.
• Luxury or high‑end product experience.
• Proficiency with Apple products, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
• Supervisory experience.

Schedule

Standard retail schedule with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
