Showroom - Sales

About the Role

The primary function of the Showroom Sales position is to increase sales, market share, and customer satisfaction by working with customers. This individual will demonstrate product knowledge and arrange product displays to enhance the customer buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the company distribution system to enter orders.
• Develop product knowledge to assess needs and recommend solutions to customers.
• Assist in maintaining, organizing, and replenishing merchandise in-store.
• Assist with inventory and quoting jobs for customers.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Retrieve orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
