Showroom Manager

This individual will be adept at wearing multiple hats while managing and directing others to ensure UJUU showroom operates as a well-maintained environment of cleanliness, operational efficiency and cohesion. Lastly, this individual will be flexible, resourceful, and an initiative-driven team player firmly bought into helping realize UJUU’s core mission.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop and actively manage direct reports to perform the functions of the Showroom as outlined below:
- HQ Showroom Logistics
- Coordinate and facilitate the initiation and maintenance of all facility functions including but not limited to: office equipment, furniture, telephone and internet lines, cable connections, security, HVAC, cleaning services, etc
- Manage and maintain ongoing relationships and contracts with third party contractors and service providers
- Establish relationship and liaison with the building management company to communicate UJUU needs and to building management and to keep UJUU in compliance with updates to building procedures and protocols
- Work with Finance Department to track spending and oversee the ordering of business office supplies, kitchen supplies and general meeting supplies
- Event Planning and Showroom Management
- Ensure the arrangement and organization of office wide events, such as: Employee Celebrations, Company Milestones and Parties, and other initiatives and special projects as requested by company management
- Cook with the respective Marketing Departments to anticipate and understand the needs of planned Office Events
- Identify showroom team needs and coordinate the addition of third party vendors or outsourced resources as necessary
- Work with the Finance Department to develop and maintain budget for events
- Returns Processing
- Manage relationship and service with all postage/freight providers (FedEx, UPS, etc)
- Oversee processing of all mail, packages, deliveries (both outgoing and incoming)
- Process Returns from Ecommerce Brands
Qualifications
This role is full-time with medical, dental, and vision insurance offered at an annual salary of $60,000. This role receives a monthly meal stipend for late nights in office in addition to many other company perks and benefits.
