Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently
• Making sure that all materials are stocked, stored properly and are available when needed
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the showroom
• Coinciding credentialing of visitors
• Arranging merchandise and POS materials
• Maintaining and communicating schedules of meetings and events
• Maintaining and communicating budget
• Aiding Sales Director and District Manager with tasks as needed
• Aiding in coordinating shipping and receiving of inventory
• Maintaining office hours and responding to phone and email inquiries
• Helping prospective customers understand the process to become an account and route to the correct salesperson

• Experience/Education Industry Experience preferred
• High School Diploma

Special Physical And/or Mental Requirements

• Requires lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs.
• Work occasional weekends
• Work occasional extended hours as needed for markets and meetings
• Must be able to pack and ship product lines
