About the role
We are seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Asheville, NC. This onsite role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences in our showroom while managing administrative tasks to support sales and operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit, and develop lasting customer relationships.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
- Optimally communicate appointment policies.
- Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book, and customer job folders.
- Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
- Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail in task-oriented responsibilities.
- Analytical thinking and an eye for business.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay
Pay range: $15.00 - $20.59 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, hours between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
