About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. You will also manage customer interactions using our CRM system and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Schedule appointments and understand client needs
- Deliver captivating presentations to build rapport and finalize contracts
- Manage all customer interactions through our CRM system
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work atmosphere
- Perform additional duties that support our mission
Requirements
- 2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong prospecting skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- A strong social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn
- Outgoing personality and can-do attitude
- Organized and adaptable with a defined sales process
- Effective communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Guaranteed $55K base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly performance bonuses
