Showroom Coordinator

About the role

The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for providing elevated homeowner experiences in our showroom, and through outbound calling efforts. In addition to providing signature service, this role is responsible for managing daily operations and administrative tasks for our Event and Retail and Proximity Marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Use our prescribed Methodology to deliver world class homeowner experience in the showroom – 5%
• Enter and audit all leads including sweepstakes, callbacks, and appointments – 20%
• Outbound call assigned customer lists and generate lead flow for Non-Traditional sources – 20%
• Support both non-traditional functions through permit coordination and event prospecting – 20%
• Support recruiting efforts through candidate outreach, interview coordination, and onboarding support – 20%
• Create, maintain, and update various schedules for events and employees – 10%
• Other duties assigned by leadership – 5%

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or experience equivalent
• Administrative experience with emphasis in operational organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated mastery of Renewal by Andersen's prescribed methodology
• Ability to work and positively contribute in a team environment
• Customer facing service experience
• Elevated technological skills including all Microsoft Programs
• Ability to learn products quickly and clearly communicate them to customers
• Ability to self manage time effectively and efficiently

Pay

$19.90 – $28.80
