Position Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience: 2+ Years of Retail Sales Experience in Professional Environments

Position Description

The Showroom Consultant role requires using design skills and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting tile and granite products. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome customers promptly, offering refreshments if possible.
• Engage customers by answering questions, providing design ideas, and presenting product samples.
• Maintain and organize the showroom to showcase products attractively and professionally.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge for stone, tile, rough goods, and chemicals.
• Stay updated on design trends and competitor products.
• Prepare and stock product samples with appropriate identification and information.
