About the role
As a Showroom Consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales within our showroom. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, showcasing products effectively, and assisting with product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products.
- Showcase products effectively and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail experience or relevant field experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Knowledge of showroom operations and product knowledge.
