About the role

As a Showroom Consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales within our showroom. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, showcasing products effectively, and assisting with product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products.
• Showcase products effectively and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience or relevant field experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications
