About the role

Our show cleaners work under the direction of the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager and Cleaning Supervisor to execute daily cleaning and upkeep of various venue areas, including restrooms, offices, dressing rooms, and the main venue. Cleaners collaborate with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager before, during, and after shows to ensure orderly restroom operation and proper venue clean-up. Most shifts run from approximately 5pm to 12am, with evening availability required.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion professionally to all venue visitors, business partners, and artists
  • Adapt to the varying needs of diverse artists and audiences
  • Maintain venue safety and cleanliness by:
    • Restocking restroom paper, materials, and hygiene products as needed
    • Cleaning bathroom facilities (toilets, sinks, floors)
    • Addressing spills and messes throughout concerts and events
    • Picking up and sorting trash as part of sustainability initiatives
  • Thoroughly clean all front-of-house areas (bathrooms, employee break spaces, outdoor lounge areas, VIP areas) and backstage areas (dressing rooms, office spaces)
  • Complete assigned cleaning checklists to ensure all areas are guest-ready
  • Communicate effectively with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager to address cleaning needs promptly
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas
  • Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue
  • Participate in post-concert venue clean-up (Post-Show Pick) for all non-union staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Background in cleaning preferred; general knowledge of cleaning supplies
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation for late-night/early-morning shifts (may be outside public transportation hours)
  • Ability to:
    • Lift up to 30 pounds
    • Move and set up furniture
    • Bend over and remain standing for long periods
  • Professional manner and appearance with strong independent judgment within policy guidelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Action-oriented and results-driven

Pay

$24 per hour
