Shopify Developer m/w/d

About the role

As a Shopify Developer, you will create complex webshop frontends, Shopify apps, and integrations for our clients. You will work closely with the team and customers to define requirements and develop technical and conceptual solutions. You will also build Shopify apps to connect third-party systems and implement new features within the Shopify scope. You will take responsibility for creating backend applications using PHP, Laravel, Symfony, and MySQL to support the development of your own Shopify apps.

Responsibilities

• Create complex webshop frontends, Shopify apps, and integrations for our clients
• Work closely with the team and customers to define requirements and develop technical and conceptual solutions
• Create Shopify apps to connect third-party systems and implement new features within the Shopify scope
• Take responsibility for creating backend applications using PHP, Laravel, Symfony, and MySQL to support the development of your own Shopify apps

Requirements

• Completed degree or relevant technical education in information technology field
• Good knowledge in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
• Optimally, have advanced knowledge in Shopify and Liquid - if not, we will support you through training and certifications
• Enjoy working on complex tasks in a team and motivate yourself and your colleagues
• Seek efficient solution approaches together with our customers and your team to achieve the best possible results
• Enjoy learning and sharing your knowledge within the team
• Have a high affinity for digital technologies and enjoy working with new technologies and tools
• Work result-oriented and entrepreneurial and contribute to NETFORMIC and yourself

Qualifications

• Experience in software development
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
• Advanced knowledge in Shopify and Liquid (training and certification available if needed)
• Team player with a focus on complex tasks and motivation
• Efficient problem-solving approach with customers and the team
• Continuous learning and sharing of knowledge within the team
• High affinity for digital technologies and enjoyment of working with new technologies and tools
• Results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
