We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description. The text includes: - Intro about Trillium (company description). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we have to use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections are present. Content: - Role description: "Your role Trillium specializes..." Actually the first paragraph: "Your role Trillium specializes in helping customers using vacuum systems..." This is more about company. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use About the role for company overview. - Then responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences: "The shift Supervisor position serves to provide shop floor supervision and leadership to direct reports, including leads as applicable." Then list: Hiring, Training, Work Planning & Scheduling, Shop Organization, Safety, Quality, Standards, Other Duties. Those are responsibilities. - Then "To succeed, you will need Qualifications" then list: 2-4 year degree in related technique desired, Supervisory of direct technicians required, Lean Manufacturing experience required, Effective communicator, Advanced Computer Literacy (Outlook Email, Word, Excel, Power Point), Language Skills (Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents, Ability to interpret technical charts and drawings, Ability to respond in a professional manner to common inquiries), Physical Demands (Regularly required to talk and hear...). This could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide which to use. Since they say "Qualifications" heading, we can put that. Could also have Requirements for things like degree, experience, etc. But we can combine. - Skills: maybe Language Skills and Advanced Computer Literacy could be under Skills. - Benefits: "In return, we offer Culture of trust and accountability Lifelong learning and career growth Innovation powered by people Comprehensive compensation and benefits Health and well-being". That's benefits. - Pay: Not mentioned specifically. No salary. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule details. So we should NOT include Schedule. - Location: "Your job location for this role will be at our advanced manufacturing facility in Hamburg, New Jersey, United States." Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list of headings; we could include it in About the role paragraph. - Contact information: "Talent Acquisition Team: Makayla M Dillon" etc. This is minor metadata; we should fold into short

or drop. Probably we can include a short paragraph at end. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Responsibilities

  • Provide shop floor supervision and leadership to direct reports, including leads as applicable.
  • Provide input on work cell requirements to meet goals.
  • Screen candidates for best fit.
  • Lead candidate selection.
  • Plan and manage new hire training; ensure employees are properly trained and follow work instructions and procedures; maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
  • Plan and maintain work schedules; ensure cleaning schedules are followed; assign tasks outside of the normal schedule as needed.
  • Implement 5S‑Organization system for a cleaner, more efficient workspace; remove unnecessary items; arrange and label necessary items for easy access; keep the workspace clean and standardized; maintain proper procedures consistently.

  • Ensure team members understand and meet ISO standards; ensure all work meets Trillium quality directives.
  • Ensure team members are trained and understand written standards; verify knowledge of work instructions; ensure all work complies with written standards.
  • Conduct business safely and professionally; adhere to company policies and procedures; undertake miscellaneous projects and tasks; manage shift pass downs (reports).

Qualifications

  • 2‑4 year degree in a related technique (desired).
  • Supervisory experience of direct technicians (required).
  • Lean Manufacturing experience (required).
  • Effective communicator.
  • Advanced computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language skills: ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents; ability to interpret technical charts and drawings; ability to respond in a professional manner to common inquiries.
  • Physical demands: regularly required to talk and hear; stand or sit for extended periods, walk; use hands to type, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; routinely required to stoop, kneel or crouch; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Skills

Advanced computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and language skills as listed above.

But we already included computer literacy and language skills under Qualifications; maybe better to put them under Skills. However we must not duplicate content. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can split but ensure not duplicate. Could put degree, supervisory, lean manufacturing under Qualifications, and computer literacy, language skills, physical demands under Skills. But the instruction says we can use Skills heading. Let's decide. We have Qualifications: 2-4 year degree desired, Supervisory of direct technicians required, Lean Manufacturing experience required. Skills: Effective communicator, Advanced Computer Literacy, Language Skills (read/analyze/interpret documents, interpret technical charts/drawings, respond professionally), Physical Demands. But physical demands maybe more like Requirements. However we can include under Skills or Requirements. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed, we could use Requirements for physical demands and maybe degree? But the posting says "Qualifications" heading in the text: "To succeed, you will need Qualifications". So we should use Qualifications for that block. Then we can have Skills for Effective communicator, Advanced Computer Literacy, Language Skills. Physical demands could be under Requirements (maybe). But we don't have a separate Requirements section in the list of allowed headings? Yes we can use Requirements. Let's do: - About the role - Responsibilities - Qualifications (degree, supervisory, lean manufacturing) - Skills (effective communicator, advanced computer literacy, language skills) - Requirements (physical demands) - Benefits (culture of trust, lifelong learning, innovation, comprehensive compensation and benefits, health and well-being) We should not include Pay or Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now we need to format lists appropriately. For Qualifications: maybe
  • 2‑4 year degree in related technique (desired)
  • Supervisory of direct technicians (required)
  • Lean Manufacturing experience (required)
For Skills: maybe
  • Effective communicator
  • Advanced computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Language skills: ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents; ability to interpret technical charts and drawings; ability to respond in a professional manner to common inquiries
For Requirements (Physical Demands): maybe
  • Regularly required to talk and hear
  • Stand or sit for extended periods, walk; use hands to type, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
  • Routinely required to stoop, kneel or crouch
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Benefits: maybe
  • Culture of trust and accountability
  • Lifelong learning and career growth
  • Innovation powered by people
  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits
  • Health and well‑being
Now contact info: we can add a short paragraph at end:

Talent Acquisition Team: Makayla M Dillon

Make sure not to repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. Now produce HTML fragment. Check for any repeated content: Ensure we didn't miss any responsibilities: we captured all bullet points.
