Shop Technician - Flowback

Job Description

Pickup, delivery, and setup of equipment as needed.

Conducting daily shop assignments including repair, maintenance, serviceability, and record keeping of equipment.

Communicating equipment condition, repair status, and maintenance scheduling to Shop Foreman for the safe and reliable operation of Peak Rental's assets.

Requirements

• Field experience and competency in using and repairing manifolds, plug catchers, test separators, sand traps, flare stacks, and other flowback/well testing related equipment.
• Able to draft a thorough and accurate Job Safety Analysis (JSA) identifying all job tasks, hazards, and mitigation steps.
• Ability to observe and adhere to all safety rules, including maintaining clean and hazard-free workspaces.
• Willingness and effectiveness in receiving guidance and feedback.
• Ability to coordinate and/or participate in rigging up/down test equipment.
• Ability to prepare equipment for jobs and load out.

• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to individually lift up to 50 lbs
