Shop Service Technician 4 - Heavy Equipment

Essential Functions

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and hydraulic components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in heavy equipment repair.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
