About the role
Texas First Rentals is a division within HOLT Group, focusing on the rental and service of industrial machinery.
Essential Functions
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving related to rented equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide support and resolve issues promptly.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery operation and maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or field.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in industrial machinery repair is preferred.
- Experience with Caterpillar equipment is a plus.
