About the role

Essential Functions

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery.
• Assist customers with setup and operation of rented equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition before and after rentals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of related experience in industrial machinery repair or maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of Caterpillar equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
