Founded in February 2004 by two mechanical engineers with over 30 years of combined rotating equipment experience, Goforth Williamson, Inc. (GWI) is a customer-oriented service company specializing in pumping equipment. GWI has grown to over 50 full-time employees, all of whom are specialists in their fields with vast knowledge of pumping equipment and its applications. The team brings experience from Original Equipment Manufacturers, motor shops, contractors, machine shops, and other rotating equipment repair facilities.

Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble industrial pumps while completing inspection reports for the Engineering department.
- Measure all required parts for inspection reports using micrometers and other measuring equipment.
- Clean all parts and inform the Engineering department of items that need to be replaced.
- Perform daily cleanup activities as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Experience as a Shop Mechanic, preferably with industrial/municipal pumps.
- Ability to read micrometers and other measuring equipment (considered an added benefit).
- Self-motivated individual who contributes to team success.
