Shop Material Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Confer with project manager or inside sale personnel to determine customer requirements on shop orders.
- Help schedule fabrication jobs.
- Notify shipping and receiving to move staged jobs to the production floor.
- Provide shop personnel with drawings, fabrication checklist, and order assembly instructions.
- Enter time for fabrication personnel.
- Coincide return of leftover material from jobs.
- Invoice jobs.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Additional Information
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment with possible exposure to dirt, heat, cold, and noise.
