Merchandise Coordinator

Key Duties

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and maintain store organization
• Lead truck delivery processes, prioritize merchandise placement, and oversee tagging and securement
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing procedures
• Monitor team productivity, organize back stock, and uphold signage and merchandising standards
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and environmental programs
• Communicate effectively with management and team members, providing updates and feedback
• Support store shrink reduction, credit programs, and safety initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task, adapt to change, and work effectively in a team
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and training others
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
