Pape Machinery, the premier heavy equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Shop Lead to oversee their service team at the Mt. Vernon, WA location. At Pape', we invest in your growth. What you'll do

• Lead the service shop and ensure that all service work is completed in a safe, accurate, and timely manner
• Work on construction and forestry equipment as needed
• Serve as the primary contact when repair challenges arise
• Perform quality control checks on all equipment leaving the shop
• Complete check-in and check-out forms on all machinery and provide Customer Service Advisors with customer check information
• Support and mentor a team of shop technicians
• Work in a shop that has all the equipment and resources needed to perform top-notch work

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in a supervisor role (preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment
• Knowledge of computer diagnostics
• Excellent customer service skills

Pay

$37.92–56.89/hr (Depending on Experience)
