Shop Helper

About The Role FWM is hiring for a Shop Helper to support our fabrication team by preparing steel materials for welding and operating various shop tools. Key responsibilities include grinding, cutting, and prepping steel, as well as handling tools such as grinders, torches, saws, and mag drills. We are looking for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy working in a hands-on environment, this role is perfect for you.
