Overview

Group1 Toyota of Hyannis, part of the fast‑growing Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a qualified Service Shop Foreman/Team Leader. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility, supportive work environment, and industry‑leading compensation provide the tools and resources needed to thrive and advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training, developing, and motivating service technicians while monitoring their performance.
• Ensure proper repair techniques are being used.
• Schedule training as necessary to properly repair and service vehicles.
• Stay up to date on product changes and new products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co‑workers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Many years of automotive technician experience.
• Fluent with dealership brand processes and technology.
• ADP Dealer Services/CDK experience a plus.
• Desire to work in a commission, performance‑based environment.
• Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated.
• Great attitude with a high‑energy personality.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with a good driving record.

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 based on multiple factors.
