Shop Foreman - Bodyshop

Job Duties

• Updates advisors on progress of trucks
• Ensures quality control inspections are conducted and passed
• Makes questionable warranty decisions
• Determines warranty coverage
• Maintains repair comebacks to a minimum
• Becomes involved in complex and difficult repairs
• Enlists help from district service managers on complex and difficult repairs
• Covers management team duties
• Covers personnel supervisory duties
• Covers safety and security compliance duties
• Covers shop maintenance duties

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior Shop Foreman experience within trucking industry preferred
• Prior management or supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership abilities
• Proven technical expertise
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Work well with internal and external customers

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination and background check

Pay and Benefits

Compensation: $30-$36 hourly (depending on skills and qualifications)
