Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and Training Staff: Overseeing the work of technicians, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Technical Expertise: Performing complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles or equipment.
• Scheduling and Workflow Management: Creating and managing work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all work meets industry standards and customer expectations.
• Customer Relations: Addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering necessary parts and supplies.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining detailed records, preparing reports, and conducting performance reviews.
