About the role

The Shop Foreman oversees the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring all projects are completed safely and efficiently. They manage a team of shop workers and collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shop’s daily operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage a team of shop workers, providing guidance and training as needed.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding shop services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
