Responsibilities

• Ensure proper repair and servicing of all vehicles taken in by the service department.
• Maintain technician productivity at levels determined by service management.
• Provide direct on-the-job assistance to technicians.
• Cook up and conduct training sessions.
• Inspect jobs for proper completion.
• Create an environment for high productivity through motivational leadership and effective administration.

Requirements

• Fast learner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A team player.
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver’s license.
