Foreman

Specific Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of assigned personnel
• Augment and support assigned personnel in areas requiring additional assistance and at times where work demand is higher than expected
• Conduct and document focused observations of work activities for safety and operational improvement opportunities
• Provide direct coordination between client personnel and work group to understand daily and weekly work scope
• All duties and responsibilities contained within Job Description for those personnel being supervised
• Notify management of need for repairs

Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct and actively participate in Pre-Job and Safety Briefings
• Follow established safe work practices
• Use administrative documents, procedures, data sheets/forms properly
• Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding if necessary

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screen
• 1 year foreman experience

Pay

The base pay for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $32 an hour.
