About the role

Responsible for performing building envelope repair tasks including but not limited to roof repairs, siding installations, and window replacements. Works closely with project managers to ensure quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Performing detailed inspections to identify and assess damage to building envelopes.
• Installing new materials such as roofing shingles, siding panels, and windows according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Ensuring all work adheres to safety guidelines and industry best practices.
• Communicating effectively with clients and project teams to address concerns and provide updates on progress.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour based on experience.
