Duties/Responsibilities

  • Auxiliary in delivering the course curriculum as per the teaching plan set by the course faculty.
  • Support course faculty with all aspects of course delivery, including field trips and lab exercises.
  • Assist SML staff with daily and weekly program-related duties such as stocking labs and classrooms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Academic experience in the subject matter.
  • Preferred but not required: Relevant field and/or lab experience.
  • Provide supervision and support to students in the classroom and lab.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as grading, record keeping, and collections management.
  • Assist SML staff in creating a supportive learning environment for all students.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Relevant field experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time, materials, and tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the subject matter area preferred but not required.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $700/week. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
