About the role
As a Shipyard Workforce Manager, you will serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. This role prioritizes inclusivity and fosters a magnetic work environment that empowers employees to achieve personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Attend client production and staff meetings regularly.
- Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
- Manage the temporary workforce on-site at the client location.
- Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
- Utilize Aerotek’s resources for conflict resolution.
- Perform various customer service-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required).
- Leadership or lead experience.
- Former military experience or experience working with military members or on base/shipyards.
- Customer or sales-focused experience.
- Experience in a team-oriented environment.
- Security Clearance.
Pay
Aerotek offers a base salary of $63,000 - $70,000, with a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
