About the role

As a Shipping Utility, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, and in excellent condition. You will be the final quality checkpoint before products leave the distribution center, helping drive operational excellence through accurate order fulfillment, shipment auditing, packing, labeling, and inventory movement. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment directly contribute to customer satisfaction, team success, and the overall performance of our distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and order fulfillment activities by picking, auditing, consolidating, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Process and verify shipments using SAP, ShipERP, FedEx, and UPS systems, ensuring order requirements are met and shipment discrepancies are identified and resolved before delivery.
