Shipping Technician

About the role

The Shipping Clerk at PharMerica is responsible for helping meet the needs of customers by shipping pharmaceuticals in a timely, safe, and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Pharmacy standard operating procedures
• Safely ship medication to customer locations in a timely, safe and courteous manner
• Ensure products are processed for shipping and are delegated to the proper courier
• Adhere to all safety requirements
• Use of manual pallet jack as needed
• Receive, maintain and order supplies
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Shipping Manager, DOP or Pharmacy Manager

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid Driver's license
• Ability to pass Drug Screen and DMV Check
• Basic Computer Skills
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Shipping experience preferred but not required
