Shipping Operations

Supervise daily outbound activities including printing of orders, picking, packing, staging, and loading of shipments.

Work alongside employees to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time according to customer requirements.

Verify shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, labels) for accuracy and completeness.

Cook up with carriers, freight companies, and logistics partners to schedule pickups and resolve issues.

Receiving Operations

Oversee the receiving of inbound materials, supplies, and products.

Ensure proper inspection, verification, and documentation of all incoming shipments.

Maintain accurate receiving records and track discrepancies or damaged goods.

Cook up with purchasing, inventory control, and production teams to coordinate receiving activities.

Leadership & Staff Management

Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff in shipping and receiving functions.

Monitor team performance and enforce operational standards.

Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

Conduct coaching, cross-training, and development for team growth.

Document performances to complete yearly performance reviews.
