Shipping Supervisor - 2nd Shift

What You’ll Get to Do

• Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Ensure quality across all departmental outputs, including shipments, truckloads, documentation, reporting, and forklift operations.
• Cook up order and delivery tracking, and reporting to optimize resources and meet customer shipment requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (including Customer Service) to support performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Lead hands-on safety, quality, and performance oversight; ensure proper equipment and PPE use, maintain accurate records, and train, coach, and motivate employees through ongoing feedback and development.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment; strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with math, computer use, and accurate typing.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accurately reading and writing measurements, including fractions.
