Position Summary
Maintain warehouse inventory, receive functions, and cycle counting process to ensure correct processing, location, and monitoring of all inventory.
Position Responsibilities
- Schedule and supervise workforce to meet daily operational demands in production and shipping/warehouse environments
- Research and reconcile order discrepancies
- Supervise and train employees
- Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate staff
- Conduct annual performance reviews
- Order and maintain necessary supplies
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP system or similar
Position Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- 3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment preferred
- 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, and truck freight preferred
